If the items ordered are all in-stock at the time your order is received/processed, your order will ship out within 2-3 business days. If there is any delay in processing your order, due to an out of stock item or a problem with your credit card, we will contact you. We will try our best to accommodate your rush requests. For overnight delivery the next BUSINESS day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by Noon CT.  Overnight orders placed on Thursday after Noon CT through Friday Noon CT will arrive on Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday after Noon CT and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

If your complete order is not in-stock at the time your order is received/processed, the in-stock items will be held for you until the backordered items arrive in. We will ship your order out at one time once the backordered items arrive in (to save you additional shipments/shipping charges). If you want us to send the in-stock items now and backordered items as they arrive in, please let us know, as shipping charges will apply to each individual shipment.
