DELIVERY TIME

If the items ordered are all in-stock at the time your order is received/processed, your order will ship out within 2-3 business days. If there is any delay in processing your order, due to an out of stock item or a problem with your credit card, we will contact you.

If your complete order is not in-stock at the time your order is received/processed, the in-stock items will be held for you until the backordered items arrive in. We will ship your order out at one time once the backordered items arrive in (to save you additional shipments/shipping charges). If you want us to send the in-stock items now and backordered items as they arrive in, please let us know, as shipping charges will apply to each individual shipment.

We will try our best to accommodate your rush requests. If you would like your order shipped out "Next-Day" please place your order by telephone before 12:00pm (Noon) CST. If your order is in stock we will rush our in-house processing to accommodate your special request and ship the order out the same day by Next-Day UPS.
