Santa and the Christ Child

Limited to 9,700 pieces.

Santa & the Christ Child There is no greater joy than watching a baby's face at his or her first Christmas. The excitement and happiness parents feel are contagious and surely their child is not immune to the love surrounding this holy holiday. It is only fitting then, that the gentle gift bringer, Santa, comes to visit the greatest Bringer of hope, love and peace: the little Baby Jesus.

As the baby's face lights upon seeing Santa's gift, a cuddly teddy bear complete with big red bow, his hand reaches up to accept the precious gift. Santa's eyes glisten as he sees the sweetness and beauty of the Baby Jesus, who, though nestled in His humble bed of straw, bears all the dignity and power of a King.

Our Lady of Loreto
Our Lady of Loreto gets her name from the 12th century when the Holy Family home was transported from Nazareth to Yugoslavia to Loreto, Italy, overnight. Shepherds witnessed that the angels were carrying it with our Lady riding on top holding Baby Jesus. The 'Holy House' is a famous shrine that is found in the small town of Loreto, located near the sea in the pleasant hills of Italy. Legend has it that Christians honor this building as the holy place where Mary was born and lived as a child. The walls listened as the angel greeted Mary and spoke to her, "Blessed among all women." Later, this blessed house was where Joseph, Jesus and Mary lived for 30 years. Mary of Loreto holds the Christ Child near her heart. She wraps him in her love. A

Madonna, Queen of Roses
I wanted to design my Mary, Queen of Roses, to depict sweetness, humility and strength. She wears an abundant crown of roses, as the rose symbolizes love. She is dressed in rich hues of blue to symbolize her strength. She rests her cheek against the baby's head in a gesture of human motherly love.

Mary stands on soft verdant earth as a reminder that she is as close as a whisper or a prayer. Although the world is in a state of great change and upheaval, my wish is that when your gaze falls on Mary, Queen of Roses, you remember the goodness of the human Spirit and the power of the greatest human attribute we have at our disposal at all times…love. 3" tall. (Item #38978) $12.00

Mary, Mother of All Children
History and tradition tell us that Mary was a very young girl when she became the Mother of Jesus. Her strength, humility and sweetness shine through Bible stories. Many sightings of Mary have been documented and recorded. She usually appears before children, whose innocence is untainted by the world around them. Her message is always one of love. Mary, Mother of All Children holds her beautiful cloak open, sheltering the children of the world. She watches over them all.

In her embrace, the children have nothing to fear. They are free to play and laugh with abandon, secure in her boundless love. Women all over the world, knowingly and unknowingly, emulate this holy figure. A teacher spends countless unselfish hours tutoring a needy child an aging grandmother volunteers to babysit so a busy mother and father can have some time to themselves an aunt is pen pals with her niece who lives in another state; a step-mother opens her heart and home to her husband's children; a woman spends hours reading and talking to elders in a nursing home...these woman, too, are mothers of all children, following in the footsteps of Mary.

Renaissance Madonna
The Renaissance period, from the 14th to mid-17th centuries, was an era of rediscovery based on Greek and Roman literature. The word, renaissance, is often used to describe a "rebirth" or "reawakening." So it seems fitting to name our Madonna, the Renaissance Madonna. As we approach the 21st century, it is time to reawaken our spirits to the sacredness of women and motherhood. It is only when all repressed peoples, including women and children, are treated with equality, fairness and respect that we can hope to have a better world.

The Renaissance Madonna typifies the love and respect we have for the Mother of the Christ Child. She wrapped her Baby in a mother’s sacred love, protecting, nurturing and teaching him scripture and values, so that He could grow up to fulfill his role as Savior of the World. Like the great artists of their time, Shakespeare, Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo, The Renaissance Madonna awakens us to all possibilities and allows our spirits to soar. 3" tall. Gift Boxed. (Item #38980) $12.00

Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
Our Lady of Mount Carmel is the guiding light on the road of contemplation. She lovingly holds her precious Child in one arm while offering her scapular, badge of courage, to all of humanity. Those who wear the scapular will receive her maternal protections. Fortify the bearers' weakness with strength, illuminate the darkness of the mind with wisdom and increase one's Faith, Hope and Charity. Our Lady of Mount Carmel lived in attentiveness to all that God did in her life. She allowed herself to be formed by God's Word and presence in her life, and responded generously to all God asked of her. As St. Luke tells us: "Mary kept all these things, reflecting on them in her heart." (Lk 2:19).

Limited to 5,400 individually numbered pieces. 10" tall. Gift Boxed. (Item #38960) $65.00

Our Lady of Fatima

Limited to 2005 production.

The Virgin Mary appeared in the town of Fatima, Portugal between May 13th and October 13th,1917, to three young children. She told them she was sent by God and had a message for all people. While the world was still reeling from the aftermath of World War I, Our Lady of Fatima told the children that Heaven would grant peace if nations prayed and obeyed. She specifically told them to tell everyone to say the Rosary. The children asked Mary to give them a sign so everyone would believe they had seen her.

Later, when people from all over the world came to the site, sun became a bright ball of fire and the Image of the Virgin Mary was seen in it. The event became known as the Miracle of the Sun occurred.
