Holy Redeemer Church
Palm City, Florida
Designed by Angelo Gherardi, 1993

The completed project.
The altar platform supports the main altar table, an imposing ambo and the Shrine for the
Blessed Sacrament, which exudes both power and dignity. Massive stained glass windows
frame the 10-foot statue of the Risen Christ. Five smaller stained glass windows grace the
church's interior.

Gheradi puts the final touches on the background design surrounding the statue of the
Risen Christ, our Holy Redeemer.

In the Chapel of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a mosaic of Our Lady, a reproduction of a
centuries-old Greek portrait in Rome.

A fountain and bronze Holy Family sculpture at the center of the spacious plaza graces
the main entry of the church. A scriptural reference above the door calls the congregation
to prayer.

Inside the main entrance to the church, the baptismal font and scriptural references
portray entry into Christian life, encouraging a sense of renewal for those coming to
worship.
